BloodSTOP® hemostat
gauze speeds coagulation and expands into a gel upon contact
with blood. This gel adheres to the surface and applies
pressure as it seals the wound.
BloodSTOP® is made of an FDA approved, 100% natural
cellulose material that not only helps close most minor
lacerations and wounds due to its high tensile strength but
also helps promote faster healing. The material is
hypoallergenic, biologically inert and environmentally
friendly to produce.
BloodSTOP® works up to 4 times faster than other methods. It
transforms over the course of several seconds allowing it to
remain manageable for the individual applying the dressing
and allowing the gauze to maintain it's downward pressure
while the gauze expands. |
